The
Belief Principle(s) was founded after years of extensive
work in the field of health and wellness. We discovered
that no matter what diet or exercise program someone was
using, those who succeeded had many universal key beliefs,
and those that failed had numerous limiting beliefs that
would unconsciously sabotage their efforts every single
time they began a program. We discovered that when someone
changed their beliefs, success followed. Conversely when
someone only changed external factors success was only
evident for a short period of time, then their core beliefs
unconsciously lead them back to their old habits and ways.
These external factors such as diet, exercise, and environment,
all are keys to success within health and wellness. Our
clients, patients, and members all know this so why were
90% of them failing to reach there goals? For the most
part all of them knew what to do, but because they never
took the steps to correct their old programming they didn’t
do what they needed to do to succeed.
We then decided to study those who succeeded in
the hopes of learning why so many others had failed. We
had focused on external change alone for quite some time
and struggled to understand why, despite our growing knowledge
of how diet and exercise work, so many people were still
challenged with obesity. Why are there so many excuses
when never in our lifetime have we had so many available
helpful resources? Why as a society do we continue to
do more destructive things to our bodies, when we have
never ever had so many reasons to lose weight and become
healthier.
We
then realized it wasn’t the plan or program that
was the driving force. It is the person behind
the same plan or program that makes the difference.
In our educational backgrounds we where taught to change
those external factors (diet, exercise, and environment.)
which again are definite keys for success but when those
keys are lost, the door to success will remain closed.
When the Belief Principle is discovered in oneself all
external factors must obey this new internal driving
force. External factors very rarely will change
internal beliefs, and this is why internal change must
occur before those external struggles will subside.
When someone finds the Belief Principle the choices
made about the external factors become more clear and
approachable. This new master key now universally
unlocks every single door to success. People who
apply this principle now find themselves wanting to
exercise, they wanted to eat better, and they automatically
& unconsciously put themselves in better situations
for success. Not only did they succeed while increasing
their health and wellness but new doors of opportunity
started to open for them as well. Their relationships
and finances have improved as this Belief Principle
is a universal key to happiness, health, and wealth.
